We’re proud to share that HI-ACT has been named a winner of the 2025 Hydrogen Awards, a prestigious recognition of our team’s outstanding contributions to hydrogen innovation and collaboration across the UK.

The award was announced on Tuesday 16 September at the Hydrogen Conference, held at Conference Aston in Birmingham, a vibrant gathering of leaders, experts, and pioneers from across the hydrogen sector. The accolade was presented to our director, Professor Sara Walker, in celebration of HI-ACT’s impactful work driving forward the UK’s hydrogen agenda.

This achievement reflects the dedication and expertise of everyone involved in HI-ACT. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the entire team and a special thank you to the University of Birmingham for representing us at the event.
