In our programme of engagement for the first 6 months of HI-ACT, we established a clear position as an objective energy system integrator, as to assure all participants that we are focused on supporting evidence driven integration of hydrogen within a whole system strategy for accelerating the UK energy transition to net zero.
This has involved clarifying three integral aspects; that we are open to all aspects of hydrogen spectrum, that we are agnostic towards integration technologies, and that we are non-biased on end use market priorities. Along with the assurance that hydrogen needs to be justified in its implementation as part of a multi-vector approach to energy system integration.
